- For US orders 1st item $5, for each additional item $1
- FREE for US orders over $50
- $10 for Canada orders
How long does shipping take?
- In stock: 3 - 4 business days
- Pre-Orders: 2 - 3 weeks for order processing PLUS 3 - 4 days for shipping
- In stock: 5 - 10 business days
- Pre-Orders: 2 - 3 weeks for order processing PLUS 5 - 10 days for shipping
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed. International packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
All sale items are final. We only replace items other than sale item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange or get store credit, send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hrs of delivery.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Shipping for Exchange
If the item is damaged Online Style Store will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
